Rive Gauche, the best of American cuisine is at Ralph's
In the paved inner courtyard of an old seventh century mansion with a fountain in the middle, you’re invited to sit under the large umbrellas surrounded by rose bushes or comfortably near the fireplace. Welcome to Ralph's, a well-known Parisian address cherished by admirers, and a must-visit summer venue for a cocktail break, a brunch or a gourmet American-style dinner.
The 5 to 7 terrace
Good news: the Ralph's terrace is always open. The perfect place to start the evening with seasonal cocktails and plates to share. Their names sound like explosions of flavours and colours: Ridgway Margarita (tequila, Cointreau and citrus), Ralph's Peach Tea (Bombay Sapphire, Chartreuse, peach and black tea), or the famous Rosé Royale to share (rosé wine, Champaign, Cointreau and grapefruit juice). We also find classics like Moscow Mule, Manhattan, Mint Julep, Old Fashioned ... A great way to escape in a romantic and glamorous setting.
Cocktails and Gastronomy
To accompany the divine beverages, nothing better than a plate of delicious house appetizers: crushed avocado on toast, crab croquettes, mini rolls with lobster and potato pancakes with smoked salmon, full of freshness and rich in flavours! After this culinary start, it's time to discover the signature dishes by chef Nicolas Zanel: we have a weak spot for shellfish: Maine lobster in lemon butter and Maryland crab with a yellow pepper sauce; but you can also opt for a home-made burger or steak coming straight from the RRL Ranch in Ridgway, Colorado. The wine list boasts excellent American and French wines, to consume with the necessary moderation of course ... Finally, good news for brunch addicts, on Sunday’s, Ralph's opens its doors for a delicious brunch with muffins, croissants, lemon cake, cinnamon roll, champagne, tea, coffee and dessert of course .... what are you waiting for?
