"The Table of Vietnam" unveils its new menu dedicated to the three major regions of the country: North, Central and South. It presents traditional dishes such as Dried Beef Green Papaya Salad, the unmistakable Bo Bun, Canh Chua of Saigon (a sweet and sour soup with fish or shrimps), or the Caramel Fish. The best of these three provinces also are in one dish: the Delights of Hanoi, Hué, Saigon is the Signature dish of the restaurant. You'll find Hue's ravioli, Saigon's mango salad, and Hanoi's nems of the North!
If Ly as My, the cooks, are respectful of the culinary traditions of their country, they are nonetheless creative. They offer five "Specialties" dishes: Fish in a steam way, Duck breast with tamarind, Ly and My beef rice, Crispy noodles with Mekong shrimps and Steamed Delights "Hué Impérial".
