Prince Maurice price: and the winner is...
Last May 12th, the 5th edition of the Prince Maurice Love Novel Price has decided to award: Laurence Tardieu for "Puisque rien ne dure"("Since nothing lasts.")
Love from the tropics
An idyllic sitefrom ocean blue to deep white sand, the quiet atmosphere of luxury has welcome for the 5th following year the Love Novel Price. The jury, lead by Daniel Picouly, wanted to thank the power of the novel by Laurence Tardieu. A testimony about the miss of a child and an impossible mourning, love stories that end up wrong, and also fighting a disease: all these different themes have been treated.
The novel comes out of a final trio made "Ni toi ni moi" by Camille Laurens and "J'ai épousé Johnny à Notre Dame de Sion" by Fariba Hachtroudi.

Long life to french litterature
We will by the way thank the initiative of this edition which is for the "protection of french litterature" and this through several actions: 4 days of exchange in local schools and in the French Cultural Centre and 2 grants offered to 2 students with the examination of the French Ambassy. Future laureate, who knows...? Despite the fact that its guests are happy to come and have a relaxing stay in the island, the Prince Maurice is also the reference of French-speaking community. While waiting for the next editions, we might as well go for a nice stay in this little heaven...
