Lunch on the terrace, dinner in peace
On the terrace, summer starts in April
You start your journey by penetrating inside this top, contemporary Parisian palace, the Hyatt Paris Vendôme. Now sitting in a garden, bathed with sunshine, you discover the basket garnished with a picnic-style lunch revisited by Chef Jean-François Rouquette: «wild corn, eggplant and preserved lemon», «Picanha of Wangyu beef». Time ticks on. At sunset, you are pleasantly overcome by the desire to prolong this moment. So have a peek at the menu and you will find tapas and snacks like the « tuna fish and nori seaweeds tempura» or the «nasturtium flowers, with watercress/tamarind seasoning». How about a dessert ? Or would you rather dance? Casual and full of sunshine…
Le Télégraphe by night
Many a happy occasion was celebrated on this teakwood terrace with its Japanese fountain, famous Art Nouveau stained glass windows, excellent fish and seafood sauerkraut, and the huge portion of homemade profiterole, with hot chocolate sauce. Let the fans of LeTélégraphe be reassured, the restaurant made-in-Rive-Gauche now is open evenings for the great pleasure of aesthetes and gourmet connoisseurs. This has got to be the hit address of the summer!

At the Ritz: two terraces or nothing
The Ritz, once the weather turns good again, can boast of possessing two of the most pleasant places in the capital for lunch, dinner or to have a drink… In the Vendôme garden a discreet air of Tuscany reigns. A secret garden, the ideal place for lunch, dinner or to have a drink at the Bar Vendôme or at the Espadon restaurant. Later, when the night advances, the Ritz Bar terrace becomes a popular place for the happy-few trendy crowd: here we sip on our cocktails to the beat of a DJ who is mixing on the terrace on Fridays and Saturdays at the beginning of the evening. The must of the electro-chic!

Blending ethics and food
The Relais du Parc has re-opened its entirely redecorated terrace with a new menu created by Alain Ducasse and interpreted by Chef Alexandre Nicolas. Key words: ethics and responsibility. These severe words do not at all mean sacrificing culinary delight in this enchanting and relaxing setting. All product categories have been chosen with care, according to the season : fruits, vegetables, or fish regularly change on the menus to the rhythm of the seasons and their origin. The Chef privileges products requiring the least transportation and chooses small producers for their reasoned breeding and cultivation methods. Luxury the way we see it.
Price: lunch menu from 33 € onwards
