A top scoring wine bar

Just a step from the Pantheon and Luxembourg garden, here is a real local eating place where the sunny days can be enjoyed on terrace.

Let your taste-buds be seduced

Since Chloé and Boris Welt - the owners - revamped their menu with the new chef Stéphane Bidi, St.Germain habitants and good-natured foodies precipitate to the tables.
This young chef seduces our taste-buds with a mosaic of surprising savours.

An audacious and tasty wine bar

Audacious and exclusive to the restaurant, the Mauzac Roux wine sorbet served with a fried liver plays on a combination of textures for a delicate marriage of flavours. Cod fish with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, pecan nut and its herb emulsion, pineapple carpaccio and its honey and rosemary ice-cream as a light southern-savoured ending to a good meal, are just some of the possibilities.
A good wine list from the owners own wine produce which has pride of place in the Gaillac wines ( the Mauzac is a wine made from the grape vine in Tarn), and a welcoming and lively service makes this wine bar an important addition to our addresses of Parisian tables.
