Since its early century glory, the establishment had taken a few wrinkles. Now, Hout Bay Manor is experiencing a second youth. A spectacular renovation program gave it back the splendor of days gone by, in a chic, relaxed atmosphere and contemporary style, while preserving the soul of this historic site. Besides the 21 rooms, the hotel can proud of its gourmet restaurant, Le Pure, featuring a creative gourmet cuisine in an elegantly casual setting. The Chef uses the best of local produce, organic when possible, to create dishes living up to the restaurant's vision: "a fusion of purity".
