Château La Croix de l’Espérance: 1st class!

With its gold and silver medals and notes flirting the 90s for each of its vintages, Château La Croix de l’Espérance is ranked among the most outstanding wines of our patrimony. La croix de Perenne: a perennial success...



Straight from Saint Genès de Blaye, La Croix de Perenne first AOC Côte de Blaye offers since 2002 superb vintages, praised by oenologists who value its intrinsic qualities of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. A safe choice when eating lambs’ liver with creamy carrots and in general with red meat and cheese.

Magrez Fombrauge 2004:  memorable!


The vineyard, implanted on the archaeological site of Niord, dating back to the 5th century BC and on which were found many remarkably preserved remains, like a 2500 year old skeleton, is the place where the Magrez Fombrauge has its origins. Special mention for the 2004 vintage noted 16/20 of the best wines of France displaying its full aroma when combined with grilled salmon with red butter sauce.

Egregore (2005 and 2006): confidential


This confidential vintage has been developed since the vintage of 2001 from patches of old vineyards located on the excellent land of Saint Christophe de Double, on the road to Saint Jacques de Compostelle, originating from a vineyard in the heart of the Double forest, renowned for its oak trees used for making wine barrels. A splendid nectar to savour with lamb with herbs in salt crust.

Mon seul rêve 2006: or 450 000 years of history



It’s from Estagel, a small village in the year 950 known as Villa Stagello, at the gates of the Cathare country that Mon seul rêve 2006 draws its origins. A true history book since it is in this area the legendary 450.000 year old human skeleton of the man of Tautavel was found. More prosaically, this 2006 vintage is an excellent combination with a côte de boeuf, writing its own history of gourmet pleasures ...
