Bambi the female Banksy
A female street artist is on the loose and she’s quickly marking her territory. Her name? Bambi- and that’s as much information as we have on her identity. Her art and persona however, have sought out a great deal of interest in art lovers and investors, to such a point that she is rumored as the female Banksy.

Subject to Fame
Bambi is a St. Martin’s Art College graduate, and has been an active graffiti artist around Islington London, for the past 5 years. A great deal of her street art is still visible from which she has received public admiration for, especially her murals of famous figures such as Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Queen and a full portrait of Amy Winehouse (which remains her most famous piece to this day). TV commentator and presenter, David Dimbleby, has described Bambi’s art as one that is unique, “blending the classic Stencil & Spray Paint technique with the original media like diamond dust and gold leaf.” Bambi is also the author of artworks on Canvas, Metal Plate, Raw Metal Paper as well as commercial prints.

A Female Touch
People are happy to finally to follow an artist that has a feminine approach to the street art scene. Color and glitter beautifully decorate her pieces and have aroused a wider audience that doesn’t just include street artists. Our shy Bambi let slip out a sentence about her work in a veryrare interview “I let my art speak for itself. But dreams can inspire me and I am particularly interested in people who spread love and joy…” What subjects interest her most? Those of our modern times such as: Agent 007 star Daniel Craig, Usain Bolt, Chinese Arist and Activist Ai Wei-Wei, Amy Winehouse, Rihanna, Dita Von Teese, David Beckham, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Celebrities Love Bambi
Bambi’s artworks are particularly appreciated by famous celebrities. A recent portrait conceived in the style of Andy Warhol’s iconic ‘Marilyn’ was commissioned by top model, Kate Moss for a reported sum of 50,000 pounds. Her first exhibition was helt at the Walton Fine Arts Gallery in London last November, which just so happened to radiate success.
