"La Table d'Uzès": Between Provence and Languedoc, the Table d'Uzès restaurant from the Maison d'Uzès, one star at the Michelin guide 2014 is smelling good South of France's savors. The Table d'Uzès is made of two lounges and a patio opened from Spring.
The chef Christophe Ducros chooses the best products, the most beautiful fruits and vegetables of the season. Between colors and savors, tomatoes, zucchini, beans and eggplants are slowly growing under the sun and are doing well in gastronomy with aromatic herbs. Bakers are getting inspired by full of sun fruits: peaches, apricots and nectarines. A really fresh and sweet inspiration reminding of the hotel's location. Specialties: "Taureau de Camargue" in two baking, 36 hours braised beef, the plancha rib, French peas, Gardianne dressing.
