Juvia, a new trendy restaurant in Paris
Juvia is a newborn restaurant in Paris, located on the prestigious Faubourg Saint-Honoré street. We really enjoyed its winter menu ! Private tasting with Luxe Magazine.
Several atmospheres for all seasons
A small covered and wooded terrace for sunny days, a really clear and cosy room, less "bling bling" than the neighborhood's other restaurants and, a basement looking like a speakeasy bar during prohibition : here is the setting of Juvia. In the plate, don't worry, everything is excellent, cooked by young Chef Guillaume Delage, former student of Michel Bras, Pierre Gagnaire and Frédéric Anton at Pré Catalan : a prestigious resume isn't it ?
You will love the fresh dishes, with a bit of French tradition, also offering Asian and English savors. We really enjoyed the poached veal's cheek with its fresh herbs soup, the crying tiger and the fish & chips (cod fish with king prawns, tartar sauce and homemade french fries). Of course, all of the ingredients are fresh and seasonal. Enjoy the truffle right now cause it will be too late this summer. Moreover, the staff is really smiling, comparing to the fancy neighbors...
