Not far away from Tanjong Pagar Tower, it will be divided in two parts, each one designed by a different creator. The first part of the project will look like a series of Asian colonial houses known as "Shophouses", welcoming only 50 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a private living-room for cigars tasting, created by famous design studio Anouska Hempel. The other part of the project called "The Duxton Terrace" will welcome 138 rooms decorated by Jacques Garcia "himself" as well as five restaurants and bars, a club for the members and an outdoor swimming-pool.
