New Nomads Objects by Louis Vuitton
Every year since 2012, Louis Vuitton has been introducing a Nomads Objects collection created by famous designers. Premiered at Milan Furniture Show, they pay tribute to craftsmanship and traveling universe. Focus on our favorite pieces.
The Talisman Table
A creation by India Mahdavi, French architect and designer with Iran-Egypt origins, genuine icon of "chic nomad" style. As intelligent as beautiful, this table paying tribute to Middle East cultures is made of a removable plate and base covered with leather. The base can easily be folded out and up, as a book.
The Bomboca sofa
This unusual coach was created by famous brothers Campana from Brazil. Called Bomboca as a nod to Brazilian candies served to kids during weddings and celebrations, the sofa is also inspired by clouds shapes and apples curves. It's made of eight removable leather pillows, stacking together as a puzzle to propose limitless combinations or, they can be used solo, as footstools.
The Swing Boat
For old children who still love to swing, Swiss from Atelier Oï introduce a hanged sofa as a nod to the vintage retractable boat they love to use on Lake Biel. As the boat, the coach can be folded on itself to be stored easily.
The Concertina Shade
The design studio based in London but created by Israeli Yael Mer and Shay Alkakay introduces a paper-light that seems to float in the air, hanged thanks to an invisible thread and a caramel metal structure. Shadows and lights effects guaranteed !
