A genuine "guinguette" for sunny days
Only 15 minutes away from Paris, enjoy a bucolic lunch on "Les Paillotes" summer terrace, a genuine chic and vintage "guinguette" at Etangs de Corot, a lovely hotel hidden in the nature, looking like a beautiful impressionist painting.

Say hello to the calling nature, greet the waiter dressed with bow ties, beret and straw hats before heading in the trees to join your table at The Paillotes, the Etangs de Corot's summer restaurant. Here, you will enjoy the festive, casual and friendly atmosphere of old French guinguettes, where poets, painters and musicians gathered to talk, drink and dance with joy and good humor.
Plates and planks to share (oysters, cheese, terrine...), sophisticated dishes to savor facing the ponds, cocktails made with old-fashioned alcohols and absinth for the most courageous : enjoy this timeless setting, adulated by impressionist painters, with your friends or family. Starting with a delicious braised camembert with its garlic bread slices or, with a Focaccia with olive, tomatoes and eggplant's caviar. Salad lovers will love the fresh creations made of tabbouleh, melon, smoked breast of duck, pink radish and Burrata Affumicata.

As for the freshly prepared toasts, named after old-fashioned French ladies' first name, you will love the Pélagie (smoked wild trout, sour cream), Marguerite (zucchini's caviar with herbs and fresh goat cheese) and the Jeannette (Paris ham, pink mushrooms and old comté cheese). You are starving ? Don't worry, beef carpaccio, fried hake and confit veal breast with gribiche dressing will satisfy your noisy belly. As for the desserts, go back to classics with homemade seasonal fruit pies, red berries with farmer whipped cream and homemade ice-creams. Don't hesitate to continue your journey with a treatment at the hotel's Spa by Caudalie.
