A vegetarian Italian restaurant in Paris

Thanks to a dynamic businessman in love with vegan food and a talented Chef from Puglia, you can now book your table at Sense Eat, an Italian and vegetarian restaurant at the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près in Paris.

"I eat, therefore I am"

Because "People are what they eat", why not being a risotto with saffron and pumpkin balls, one of Sense Eat signature dishes, almost making us forget about meat. The restaurant's founder, Enrico Einaudi, chose Maurizio Carlucci as the Chef. This 34 years old young man already worked for three-star restaurants (Michelin) such as Don Alfonso in Naples. He's in love with vegetables, especially those from Puglia. Here, you forget about gluten and go for local products from small growers between cheeses, vegetables, pasta, organic oils, whole grains and seasonal forgotten vegetables. All of the dishes have an Italian influence, just as the Cuneo saffron risotto with its diced roasted sweet potatoes, beets, apples and pumpkin, candied fruits and fresh goat's cheese... a delight !

A 100% mushrooms Menu

The menu changes depending on the month and season so, if you are a mushroom lover, you have to come as soon as possible to taste the 100% mushroom Menu. You will discover delicious mixes between mushrooms, chestnuts, cauliflowers, hazelnuts... We love the play on flavors between sweet, salty, light, acidulous, sour and Asian notes. So, don't hesitate to try the Vialone nano Melotti risotto with ceps, hazelnuts and blackberry, the cauliflowers, chanterelles and chestnuts soup with crunchy lotus crips and the salted butter caramel ice-cream with its dried fruits wafer, nougat crumble and blueberries.
