Panerai Submersible Goldtech PAM01070 - 44 mm: Innovation and tradition

PANERAI - Submersible Goldtech PAM01070 - © PANERAI

In a relentless quest for new materials, the Italian House offers a surprising new association in the Submersible family, a professional diving watch with an experimental aesthetic. A model that brings together for the first time GoldtechTM, a gold alloy with an intense color, and CarbotechTM. Its 44 mm case frames a black dial with applied indexes and satin-brushed decoration, another first in the Submersible collection. Luminescent indexes, hands and green / blue dots make the dial immediately readable in low light conditions or underwater. The caseback with twelve screws, in titanium with black DLC coating, hides the mechanical caliber P.900 4 Hz from view, an automatic movement that combines a three-day power reserve. Water-proof up to 300 meters, the Submersible Goldtech- 44 mm features a black rubber strap closed with a trapezoidal pin buckle. Comes with an additional strap made of black Panerai Sportech with stitching and a screwdriver to remove the buckle.

MeisterSinger - Perigraph: The full measure of time

MeisterSinger : Perigraph - © MeisterSinger

The German watch brand famous for its timepieces where time is displayed via a single hand offers a change in continuity with a new model from the Perigraph collection, subtly revisited in two variations. Traditionally discreet, its date function by means of a rotating disc is now highlighted by a contrast of colors that enhance the radial geometry of the dial. The now brushed stainless steel case with a diameter of 43 mm reveals a meticulously redesigned dial. Differentiating from a deep blue sunray background, the circular date ring is tinted in matt black, identical to the outer edge. The different treatment of the surfaces accentuates the contrast between the dark tones of the first model while giving it more depth. Embedded in a Swiss-made mechanical self-winding caliber with a 38-hour power reserve, this new MeisterSinger timepiece reveals the beauty of its workings through a transparent caseback. Finished with a brown, light or dark leather strap depending on the version, it will appeal to followers with a different perception of time.
