Jean-Claude Delépine has opened a 350 m2 showroom on boulevard Haussmann in Paris to allow those who would like to spend a paltry, trifling 70 000 euros on baths, sinks and the fittings to embellish them. The store, conceived as a light and airy jewel box, displays 12 different bathroom styles, from retro, modern and neo-baroque, to modern zen, or plain and simply luxurious. Do not miss out on the Metropolis model, which is an improbable mix of Lalique crystal and silver, set with diamonds, or the avant-garde Bamboo model, with its minimalist spout and knobs in clear, black or amber Lalique crystal.

For your taps to be worthy of your consideration, it has of course been necessary to join forces with the creative skills of the greatest French and American designers. Jamie Drake and Pierre-Yves Rochon have partnered with THG and Jean-Claude Delépine to come up with some wonderful designs. Creators of Profil and Frivole respectively, the designers propose a sophisticated choice of neo-classical and contemporary taps. Let's wager that we'll be thinking fondly of these two designers every time we wash our hands in clear water....
