Villa Nina: The ultra-luxury address in Saint-Barthelemy
The Eden-Rock hotel, which belongs to the Relais & Châteaux, was already considered one of the trendiest and most top-of-the-range places in Saint-Barthémy. Now, with its 750-metre square brand new villas, the hotel has pushed the comfort and the quality of the services to the extreme. La Villa Nina is the first villa to open its doors on the beach of Saint-Jean and has already become the new ultra-luxury place to be on the island.
An exceptional setting
Beyond the luxury aspect and the quality of the services, there is something magical about the Eden Rock. First of all the hotel is hung on a rocky headland that dominates the warm and turquoise sea. Secondly the history of this private house is also exceptional as it once belonged to a local adventurer who was a good friend of Greta Garbo and Robert Mitchum, before being sold to David and Jane Matthew who added on to the luxury side of the place. In the meantime Saint-Barthélemy has become a luxury holiday destination which is certainly limitless but not ostentatious. The Villa Nina actually falls within the search of top-of-the-range and absolute comfort. With discretion in addition.
The villa of the extremes
When hearing about the list of the VillaNina's specificities you will easily guess how much you will need to pay out to hope spending a night lulled by the delicious smells of the beach of Saint-Jean... On the programme: 750 m² on two levels, 2 private swimming-pools with integrated jacuzzi, a kitchen and a huge bathroom (with shower, bath and outside pool), a personal butler, a large master bedroom with two dressings, a second bedroom en suite upstairs, with an outside pool and a private terrasse, not to mention the spacious terrasses surrounding the villa, as well as flat screens nested in every room, a cinema room etc...The list is even longer... so the best way is to finish it off once you get there, for the modest sum of 84 000 € per week!
