A typically Parisian address at Trocadéro
In the heart of the 16th district, you will discover an extremely elegant and charming hotel: Le Dokhan’s, this typically Parisian establishment is located on a delightfully calm street, and only a stone’s throw from Trocadéro. Time out for a guided tour.
Parisian, cosy and warm
Recently taken over by the Rezidor Hotel Group under its Radisson Blu 4-star trademark, this ultra-Parisian hotel conceals an intimate and warm atmosphere behind a purely Haussmannian style facade: marble and woodworks at the entrance hall, a lounge that looks like one you would come across in a private residence with a chimney, sofas and decorative objects found by browsing through antique shops. The décor has been made to give each person the feeling of really being at home, whatever the time of day.
When it comes to the forty-five suites and rooms, each one displays its own charm and special identity with a unique décor created especially by interior architect Frédéric Méchiche, and all have an equally warm and friendly atmosphere. The four suites on the 6th floor offer magnificent views of the capital. Or would you prefer taking a Jacuzzi under the small window of the Bagatelle suite, or the Eiffel suite with a view over the Tower with the same name? Very Parisian luxury indeed.
A bubbly must
But Dokhan's, is also the famous Champagne Bar, the first to emerge in the capital twelve years ago. It is open to hotel guests as well as the general public. It is an ideal place to spend a pleasant evening in an intimate setting, under candlelight. Every week, the Head sommelier proposes champagne-tasting : brut, vintage or rosé champagne, selected amongst the best vintages of the estate. Famous brands, but especially small producers, discovered during many trips in the Champagne region, are the theme of an exciting exchange. A memorable moment to be shared.
The cultural "plus"
The Dokhan’s of the Radison Blu Hotel offers, depending on the cultural agenda, cultural events; culture/art of living packages that include one hotel night, breakfast and champagne-tasting. Some major exhibitions are also part of a package deal which includes a ticket to avoid waiting in line. This should be a real incentive to book promptly!
