Fancy a trip to the buzzing capital? Write us, in two lines, why London fascinates you. And may be you’re the winner of a weekend at the Sofitel London St James (one night from Saturday on Sunday, breakfast included). Good luck!
An exceptional location

The address is unique: right on the corner of Pall Mall, less than a five minute stroll from Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus and Jermyn Street, the Sofitel London St James is located in a sympathetically renovated English Heritage grade II listed building, the former home of the Cox's & Kings bank. With its interior decoration, its restoration and its multiple services, The Sofitel London St James combines traditional British design with a contemporary style that is unmistakably French.

The French touch

At the heart of the city centre, the Sofitel London St James has quickly become an ideal location for businessmen. They appreciate as well the comfort as the decoration. In particular the very cosy St James Bar offers the perfect setting for socializing or the New restaurant  Balcon, amaizing food and one of the best restaurants of London . Its close proximity to the West End theatres and stylish shops on Jermyn Street and Bond Street make the Sofitel London St James also a preferred address for international travellers with a taste for art and culture. The French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, created a contemporary style while preserving the neo-classical elements of the building and retaining its British character. The history of the building can be found everywhere, in each piece of furniture and as well as in the selection of portraits which once adorned the former Board of Directors meeting room of Cox & King’s. Pierre-Yves Rochon has opted for a bright color scheme. These sober tones contrast with the theatrical lighting and subtle accessories in the rooms.

A unique Spa experience!

Spread over three floors on 263 m², So SPA has preserved the original decoration of the building with classic moldings, Corinthian columns, pink marble walls and an oak staircase. The exceptional large windows allow the natural light to enter, offering The Tea Bar a convivial atmosphere where you can enjoy your tea with a delicious macaroon. The moment you enter the So Spa you feel the refined zen atmosphere. Natural warm shades of brown, ochre and green create the soothing surroundings to relax in the Spa and its 5 So Well treatment cabins.

Cosy rooms

The hotel features 186 rooms including 13 Junior Suites, 6 Suites and a Royal Suite.
The rooms are decorated with rich fabrics in shades of chocolate, almond and olive, lacquered mahogany furniture and state-of-the-art technology. All room are equipped with high definition flat screen television, safe and high speed internet connection. Particular attention has been paid to details that make all the difference: ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities...
