Special mention for the 2004 vintage noted 16/20 of the best wines of France displaying its full aroma when combined with grilled salmon with red butter sauce.

Egregore (2005 and 2006): confidential
This confidential vintage has been developed since the vintage of 2001 from patches of old vineyards located on the excellent land of Saint Christophe de Double, on the road to Saint Jacques de Compostelle, originating from a vineyard in the heart of the Double forest, renowned for its oak trees used for making wine barrels. A splendid nectar to savour with lamb with herbs in salt crust.
