Makeup Genius, the L’Oréal app that wears its name well
We already talked to you about the selfies in our past E-Luxe News, and today, we present you the selfie reinvented by L’Oréal. The brand launched an app (available for free on the App Store) that allows consumers to transform their smartphone or tablet into a digital mirror and to virtually do their make-up. It is possible to test the L’Oréal products, to scan yours or even to try the proposed pre-created looks. The result is very realistic, the app works perfectly well and wears its name well, « Makeup Genius».

The Sonia Rykiel Maison released not so long ago its new website, www.soniarykiel.com. You will can discover an e-shop that offers a selection of prêt-à-porter articles and accessories from the different lines of the brand (Sonia, Rykiel Enfant, Sonia Rykiel,…). An option that allows you to reserve the products in store from the website is also available. On the occasion of the launching of the MKC 2015, Lincoln proposes a customizable and immersive digital experience. Thanks to an interactive video, « Dream Ride », you will become one of the main character of the short-film. While chasing a wallet thief, Sam Page and you will discover the new Lincoln car. It is possible to interfere by clicking on icons to have access to further informations about the MKC 2015. All this is obviously shareable on Facebook and Twitter. Diane Von Furstenberg’s Google Glasses
After being the first to present the Google Glasses during her Fashion Week of New York catwalk, the over-connected designer Diane Von Furstenberg released the result of her collaboration with Google: a limited edition collection of Google Glasses. Five frames and eight shades of glass are proposed and available for sale since June 23th on Net-a-Porter and Mr.Porter. After Luxottica a few months ago, this new collaboration proves well that the border between fashion, luxury, new technologies and digital is getting finer everyday… And that this famous glasses are very certainly a must-have accessory of the year!

It is the turn of the Italian Maison Fendi to surf on the DIY (Do It Yourself) trend offering a new application for smartphones and tablets (available for free on the App Store and Google Play). You have always dreamt about customizing the famous Fendi Baguette bag? Bring out the artist in you and download « MyBaguette ». It proposes you to customize the bag thanks to several effects (brushes, filters, colors,…). Once your piece of art is over, you can upload it on the Fendi platform of share it on your social networks. If you are in lack of inspiration, the application also proposes a gallery where you can discover all the models already customized by the app users or even some artist’s collaborations. Who knows, maybe your personalized Baguette will be elected « Baguette of the Month »!

That is why Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana created a mini Facebook quizz that according to the criteria mentioned above, will determine the colour you need by presenting you one of the lipstick of their new line, Classic Cream Lipstick. Volkswagen, Amarok and Wi-Fi
You probably heard about the Volkswagen Amarok, an off-road vehicle that allies comfort and technology. To promote the different qualities of its new model, the german brand released an original print operation: the Amarok Wi-Fi Ad. Published into certain magazines, a Volkswagen publicity offers you internet thanks to a 3G chip integrated into the paper that activates itself when the double page is open, reminding the internet and data option of the car. Wi-Fi everywhere and for free, because as Volkswagen tells it well, « If there’s anything better than going far, it’s telling everyone you actually got there »… Das Auto.
