Today, the address hosts the Saint-James Paris, both private club and hotel with an half British, half Parisian atmosphere as well as a crazy chic spirit by trendy designer Bambi Sloan. The bar menu offers a large selection of whiskies from different countries, including really rare Single Malt Scotch Whiskies and a large choice of Champagnes. The Chef barman also creates on-demand cocktails. By night, the gastronomic restaurant opens its doors to fine palates which taste buds are seduced by talented Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Luc Rocha, also "Meilleur Ouvrier de France", previously working with Chef Thierry Marx at Cordeillan-Bages.
