Balearic Islands or nothing...

Main partner of the Year of sustainable tourism, Balearic Islands enjoy many advantages for unforgettable holidays. Be prepared to choose between beautiful Majorca Island, discreet Minorca Island, inescapable Ibiza island or sophisticated Formentera Island.

One island, one identity

At the heart of the Mediterranean sea, the four islands that make up the Balearic are offering different atmospheres depending on your tastes and desires. Golfs, luxurious resorts, crazy parties, hiking, discovery of the National Heritage, horse riding, farniente on the beach, scuba-diving, sunny gastronomy, farms and craftsmanship : enjoy unforgettable holidays where "boring" doesn't mean anything. Between sea, coves and mountains, discover amazing landscapes and enjoy a sweet weather from September to May. Here, sustainable tourism is King and, the islands are made of several natural parks as the Grau Albufera in Minorca, listed UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 1993.

Majorca, the biggest Island of the Balearic

A really charming destination with its "Serra de Tramuntana" (UNESCO Heritage) massif. The Island is full of treasures including Palma, its capital-city with authentic little streets to discover by night, looking for the best cocktails and tapas (Abaco is an unusual and inescapable place for cocktails). But Majorca is also made of several secret and heavenly beaches, amazing coves to hike, pretty villages as Santanyi and Andratx, Levant Peninsula's natural park, majestic "Embalse de Cúber" lake and a timeless bay.

The discreet Minorca

It's the perfect destination for nature lovers who will love this red and ocher land, full of hiking paths. Virgin beaches are waiting for you as well as abandoned creeks and crystal-clear waters where you swim in a 20 degrees minimum sea. Less travelled Island from the Balearic, we enjoy walking in Ciutadella streets, a lovely village surrounded by palaces and dominated by a citadel. It's also an ecclesiastical and aristocrat city, its cathedral being the Minorca Diocese since 1795. Other interesting city, Port Mahon, lovely port at the origin of Mayonnaise according to an old legend.

The sophisticated Formentera

The smallest Island but also the most sophisticated ! Every summer, famous designers, artists and creators are enjoying private and discreet holidays on its beaches, far away form tourists. At your arrival, think about renting a scooter or a bike to enjoy the island streets and paths. Go to Cala Saona, an isolated beach and creek surrounded by rocks. You also must visit Es Pujols with its pier full of old wooden boat-shelters. No mentioning Playa Migjorn, a succession of beaches where you probably will meet Kate Moss.

Ibiza, the "place-to-be"

This inescapable destination combines wild landscapes with trendy places for rich and beautiful people. Here, you can find more than 50 beaches, some of them being wild and private, other dedicated to party and, other more family-friendly. Fashion Addicts will find happiness in several luxurious stores and avant-garde creators, especially for swimsuits shopping. Design hotels with views on the marina are everywhere and, at night, you can enjoy a drink on a rooftop from the old village or, dance all night long in giant nightclubs thanks to the best Djs in the world (Amnesia, Privilege...). Listed as UNESCO heritage of humanity, the island is also really pleasant between Dalt Vila old city, olive trees and green valleys.
