Christian Lacroix restores Le Bellechasse
Christian Lacroix has already proven his talent for interior design in creating the mood of the Hôtel du Petit Moulin in the Marais. He is at it again, this time on the left bank, giving the Hôtel Bellechasse a contemporary and colourful make-over. This elegant hotel of the 7th Arrondissement has become a veritable showcase of haute couture.
Behind the classical façade of the hotel is hidden a personality that steps out of the crowd with 34 bedrooms of character. There is a mix of motifs, prints, colours, material, creating an atmosphere of elegance but also conjuring up images of neoclassicism. A skilfull balance between audacity and tradition.

The designer has created seven different genres of themed bedrooms. The concept according to Christian Lacroix is to create "a journey inside the journey". The Hôtel Bellechasse is a typical example of left bank Parisian chic. Just a stones throw from the Musée d'Orsay and the boulevard Saint-Germain, it will seduce every fan of luxury. The signature colouration of Lacroix suggests a mood of escape to the exotic.
